Legend has it that «VINUS the Heron» preferred eating grape rather than river-fish. Our Cabernet Sauvignon comes from low-yield vineyards and is then aged in stainless steel tanks and partly in oak barrels. You will enjoy a quintessence of raspberry and blueberry evolving towards spicy notes. It is a structured but soft wine, fruit-driven and persistant. We recommend to serve it with red meats, pasta dish or chocolate desserts.
