Roasted Turkey with Stuffing

1. Rest the turkey for 30 - 45 mins to room temperature before re-heating
2. Pre-heat oven to 175°C, meanwhile, boil a pot of water big enough to fit the turkey
3. Once the water comes to a rolling boil, turn off the fire
4. With the turkey still in the vacuum bag, immerse it into the hot water bath for 30 mins
5. After 30 mins, lift the turkey out, remove the vacuum bag & place it on a baking tray
6. Fill a separate baking tray with 1-inch of water and place it at lowest oven rack
7. Place the turkey in the pre-heated oven and reduce the oven temperature to 150°C for 10 mins or until golden brown

  Cranberry Sauce & Gourmet Gravy Stove: Re-heat in medium sauce pot for 20 secs over medium heat Microwave: Microwave for 30 secs – 1 min without packaging Honey Smoked Ham / Nitrate Free Ham This can be served chilled  Alternatively

1. Pre-heat your oven to 155°C
2. Remove vacuum bag beforere-heating and place on baking tray
3. Roast in the oven at 150°C - 160°C for 10 - 15 mins
