Je Ne Souffre Plus is a blend of Grenache (50%) and Syrah (50%) grown at an altitude of 400 meters in soil covered with pebbles. The destemmed grapes undergo short vatting at low temperature. The wine is aged for 5 months in concrete vats, on the lees . As its name suggests, the wine is bottled without any addition of sulfur.
