We’ve used ripe eggplants sautéd with fragrant Indian spices, slow cooked with tomatoes to create this slightly sweet and spicy chutney.

Dip with crackers, cheese, corn chips, naan breads or your favourite snacks. Dollop on wraps, pizza, pita, pappadums or a rice pilaf. Stir through pastas, cooked grains, rice dishes or stir-fry with your protein of choice.

Fresh tomatoes, eggplant (35%), Australian canola oil (GMO free), onion, vinegar, raw sugar, water, ginger, garlic, salt, freshly roasted spices and chilli. Ingredients made on a production line that also produces products containing nuts, spices and lentils.
