A rich, juicy red wine showing the fruit intensity, purity of aromas and freshness of the high-altitude vineyards. Ruby with purple rim. On the nose it shows expressive herbal and fruity aromas of the Garnacha combined with some pepper typical of the Syrah. Medium-bodied, with soft, but firm tannins linger in the palate. Delicate wine with a tannic grip that allows pairing with a broad variety of white fish and red, light meat dishes.

PRODUCTION:
Produced exclusively from selected parcels in our 600 ha estate in Uclés (Castile, Spain). The high-altitude vineyards are sustainably and organically farmed, with no use of pesticides and minimal treatments. Each variety is carefully adapted to the different soils and growing conditions of the estate and each vineyard is managed independently to achieve perfectly balanced vines, capable of expressing both the character of the variety and of the estate.
Plots: Santa Cruz & Cueva
Both varieties are picked, destemmed, and fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at 22 °C. The two varieties are blended each year in different proportions to achieve an intriguing combination of the flavourful, intense Garnacha with the fuller-bodied spicy Syrah.
