This batter mix delivers a light crispy batter and can be used with vegetables, prawns and fish, and can also be used for banana or pineapple fritters.
The tempura batter mix is easy to use; simply add 80 ml of water, mix until smooth and dip the foods into the batter and fry until cooked through and crisp. Serves 4-6 people.
