A North African Hot Cooking Paste that includes roasted red peppers, chillies and garlic! Used to liven up a wide variety of native African dishes.

With its scorching hot red color and lovely fragrance, it goes wonderfully with crackers and cheese like Gouda, Fontina, Gruyere, Provolone and Mozzarella. It is also a marinade for grilled meats, fish & veggies or used on its own for Pizza and Pasta base. You can also pair it with wines such as Pinot Noir, Riesling or Chardonnay which complements the spicy flavour of the Harissa dip!

Since we launched SOS Harissa in early 2020, It has maintained the spot of our Bestseller. In Morocco, Harissa is traditionally used to add in every meal and especially soups.
