The “Herdade do Rocim” Alicante Bouschet is a genuine wine, produced from the passion of generations who have always had the greatest respect and tenderness for the land. It is produced from the Alicante Bouschet variety, carefully trodden by foot in a traditional stone press. Internship in French oak vats. Winemaking: Manual harvest into 12 kg boxes.
