The Easter Colomba with Tardivo di Ciaculli Mandarin is a soft pastry, obtained from natural leavening of mother yeast and 72 hours of patient artisan processing. The dough is particularly soft due to the use of fresh butter, milk and cream, it is well dimpled and enriched with fragrant candied Tardivo di Ciaculli mandarin*, sultanas and natural Mananara vanilla from Madagascar* (*Slow Food Presidium). The surface is covered with a fragrant Italian almond glaze and granulated sugar.
