Used these for Beef Rice (Japanese style). They were lean, the odd, beefy smell was nonexistent. Yet the meat were tender and fresh. Went well with teriyaki sauce & lots of onions! Will definitely purchase again in the next few weeks. Simple to cook, nice to eat.
