Lemongrass and turmeric are well-loved for their flavour and anti-inflammatory qualities. This aromatic Viet/Thai paste combines the two ingredients, and is a perfect as a marinade or in stir fries. A delicious, non-spicy paste, it’s also great for making non-spicy “curries” for the kids, or for using to flavour stir-fried noodles or fried rice. Goes well with seafood, chicken, vegetables.
