Organic Striploin Roast

Rest the beef for 30 - 45 mins to room temperature before re-heating
Pre-heat oven to 175°C, meanwhile, boil a pot of water big enough to fit the beef
Once the water comes to a rolling boil, turn off the fire
With the beef still in the vacuum bag, immerse it into the hot water bath for 30 mins
After 30 mins, lift the turkey out, remove the vacuum bag & place it on a baking tray
Fill a separate baking tray with 1-inch of water and place it at lowest oven rack
Roast in the preheated oven for no more than 15 mins. Rest for 30 mins before serving

Gourmet Gravy Stove: Re-heat in medium sauce pot for 20 secs over medium heat Microwave: Microwave for 30 secs – 1 min without packaging
