Organics Red Kidney Beans (carton)

Global Organic Red Kidney Beans are deliciously full flavoured. These powerfully nutritious beans are great in soups, salads, casseroles and chilli’s. Also simply know as red beans these are a bean that holds up well and will keep its shape when added to soups and stews. Classically cooked in Mexican dishes like Chilli con carne or in Indian dishes where they are known as rajma. In Louisiana they are the bean to go to for Creole beans and rice. They also make fantastic refried beans or delicious dips and spreads. Or you can try a flourless red velvet cake using these delectable beans. Not the same as adzuki beans used in Asian cuisine, but you can substitute them to make red bean pastes.
