Duck leg confit is a traditional dish of the south west of France. Best to eat with roast potato and to serve red wine from Languedoc of Bordeaux region.

Reheating Method: a) In oven and grill
  1. Set the oven temperature at 180°c
  2. Open the pouch, transfer to baking tray, we suggest to add slice of potato below the duck legs
  3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until skin get crispy
  4. Remove from oven and serve.
Ingredients: Duck leg, duck fat, bay leaf, pepper, nitrite salt, seasoning Storage: Frozen at -12℃ to -18℃ Serving:  1 person Shelf life: 1 year frozen (from production) **Manufactured on equipment that also processes:Milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans, tree nuts, sulfur dioxide, peanuts, wheat, soybean, mollusks, celery, mustard, sesame, lupin.
