These items are already roasted, then chilled. Items are delivered chilled. Reheating is necessary.

This Christmas item is ONLY available through SELF-PICKUP at either one of our retail stores.

Self-pickup Collection Information:

Daily Collection by 4pm
Collection on 24 – 26 Dec & 31 Dec – 2 Jan 2023 must be done before 2pm.

Classic Roast Turkey with Stuffing Ingredients: Turkey, Oil, Salt, Sugar, Herbs & Spices, Seasoning Storage: Best kept chilled at 0°C – 4°C. Do not freeze. Consume on same day after collection. Reheating instructions:
  1. Allow the Roast Turkey to rest to room temperature first before reheating.
  2. Preheat your oven to 180°C & boil a pot of water on the side.
  3. Once the water comes to a rolling boil, turn off the fire.
  4. With the Turkey still in the vacuum bag, immerse it into the hot water bath for 30 mins.
  5. After 30 mins, lift the turkey out & remove the vacuum bag. Place the Turkey in the preheated oven and reduce the oven temperature to 150°C for 10 mins or until golden brown.
Smoked Pork Collar with Prunes Ingredients: Pork, Stuffing, Prunes, Spices, Nitrite Salt, Sugar Storage: Best kept chilled at 0°C – 4°C. Do not freeze. Consume within 3 days after collection. Reheating Instructions: (This can be served chilled)
  1. Remove vacuum bag before reheating and place on baking tray
  2. Preheat your oven to 150°C – 160°C.
  3. Roast the Pork Collar on the oven for 20 – 25 mins at 150°C – 160°C.
Ryan’s Honey Baked Ham  Ingredients: Pork, Honey, Spices, Flavouring, Nitrite Salt, Sugar Storage: Best kept chilled at 0°C – 4°C. Do not freeze. Consume within 3 days after collection. Reheating Instructions: (This can be served chilled.)
  1. Remove vacuum bag before reheating and place on baking tray
  2. Preheat your oven to 150°C – 160°C.
  3. Roast in the oven for at 150°C – 160°C for duration depending on weight:
    1. For 1 – 2 kg : Temperature : 150°C – 160°C. Duration : 10 – 15 minutes
    2. For 3 – 5 kg : Temperature : 150°C – 160°C. Duration : 15 – 25 minutes
    3. For 6 – 8 kg : Temperature : 150°C – 160°C. Duration : 25 – 35 minutes
Cranberry Sauce Ingredients: Cranberry, Highfrustone, Corn syrup, Orange Juice, Cinnamon Powder (TBC) Reheating instructions:
  1. Stove: Reheat in medium sauce pot for 20 sec over medium heat
  2. Microwave: Alternatively, microwave for 30 sec to 1 min without packaging
