Plenty Foods Walnut Oil is cold pressed from Australian grown walnuts and has a rich nutty taste. Walnuts contain a very high amount of Omega 3 which is beneficial for brain function and the repairing of cells. Walnut oil is also rich in manganese, copper, and melatonin – beneficial for a restful nights sleep.
Walnut Oil is ideal for drizzling over salads, seafood, mushrooms and rice dishes, however, is not suitable for cooking. Once opened, this oil must be refrigerated to prevent from becoming rancid.
