Cooking Instructions:
- Oil a pan and pan-fry over medium heat, turn frequently to have an even colour for about 6 – 8 mins till inner sausage is fully cooked
- Alternatively, pre-heat oven to 180°C, brush the sausages with a thin layer of oil and roast for 12 mins.
Storage Instructions: Best kept chilled at 0°C – 4°C. Do not freeze. Consume within 3 days after collection.
