- Cut the pork into 2.5cm cubes and place into a bowl. Pour teriyaki sauce and coat well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or overnight.
- Cook the potatoes and sweet potatoes in boiling salted water. Drain and mash. Add the chilli and butter and mix.
- Prepare the barbecue. Cook at medium-hot heat.
- Place the pork skewers on the grill. Turn and brush with extra sauce for 12-15 minutes.
- Serve skewers on a pile of mash.
