- Whip the Soy Margarine with half part of the sugar and flavor with the grated orange peel.
- Apart whip the eggs with the remaining sugar, until a swollen beat is obtained. Add it to the soy beat. Mix the sifted flour with baking powder and salt, alternating with the Soy Drink and always beating with the whisk.
- Pour the mixture into the 22 cm mold, greased with Soy Margarine and floured. Bake at 175 ° for 55/57 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
- Decoration: sprinkle the cake with icing sugar
