WX Wagyu Striploin MB5+ Roast
- Rest the beef for 30 - 45 mins to room temperature before re-heating
- Pre-heat oven to 175°C, meanwhile, boil a pot of water big enough to fit the beef
- Once the water comes to a rolling boil, turn off the fire
- With the beef still in the vacuum bag, immerse it into the hot water bath for 30 mins
- After 30 mins, lift the beef out, remove the vacuum bag & place it on a baking tray
- Fill a separate baking tray with 1-inch of water and place it at lowest oven rack
- Roast in the pre-heated oven for no more than 15 mins. Rest for 30 mins before serving
- Rest the turkey for 30 - 45 mins to room temperature before re-heating
- Pre-heat oven to 175°C, meanwhile, boil a pot of water big enough to fit the turkey
- Once the water comes to a rolling boil, turn off the fire
- With the turkey still in the vacuum bag, immerse it into the hot water bath for 30 mins
- After 30 mins, lift the turkey out, remove the vacuum bag & place it on a baking tray
- Fill a separate baking tray with 1-inch of water and place it at lowest oven rack
- Place the turkey in the pre-heated oven and reduce the oven temperature to 150°C for 10 mins or until golden brown
- Pre-heat your oven to 155°C
- Remove vacuum bag beforere-heating and place on baking tray
- Roast in the oven at 150°C - 160°C for 10 - 15 mins
