Majani’s chocolate story began in Bologna in 1796, in a small sweet-making workshop close to Piazza Maggiore. Over the following decades, the business developed its chocolate production and established the historic premises on Via de’ Carbonesi. That Bolognese heritage remains part of a range that includes chocolate bars and fruit coated in dark chocolate. From candied sour cherries to freeze-dried strawberries and orange peel, the collection explores different combinations of fruit and cocoa.
Ingredients: Candied orange (orange, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural flavouring, vanilla. May contain traces of hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios and milk.
