Re-heating Instructions

Pre-heat your oven to 150°C
Remove vacuum bag and place on baking tray, cover loosely with foil.
Fill a separate baking tray with 1- inch of water and place it at lowest oven rack.
Roast for 10 – 15 mins.
Do not overcook. Overheating may dry out the ham. Allow for the ham to rest for 5 – 10 minutes before carving.
