Majani’s chocolate story began in Bologna in 1796, in a small sweet-making workshop close to Piazza Maggiore. Over the following decades, the business developed its chocolate production and established the historic premises on Via de’ Carbonesi. That Bolognese heritage remains part of a range that includes chocolate bars and fruit coated in dark chocolate. From candied sour cherries to freeze-dried strawberries and orange peel, the collection explores different combinations of fruit and cocoa.
Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, candied orange peel cubes (11%) (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, dextrose, concentrated lemon juice), emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural orange flavouring, vanilla. May contain traces of hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios and milk.
