Majani’s chocolate story began in Bologna in 1796, in a small sweet-making workshop close to Piazza Maggiore. Over the following decades, the business developed its chocolate production and established the historic premises on Via de’ Carbonesi. That Bolognese heritage remains part of a range that includes chocolate bars and fruit coated in dark chocolate. From candied sour cherries to freeze-dried strawberries and orange peel, the collection explores different combinations of fruit and cocoa.
Ingredients: Jelly (sugar, glucose syrup, gelling agent: pectin; acidifier: citric acid; mint essential oil (0.2%), rice starch), sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin), vanilla. May contain traces of nuts and milk.
